• Main focus of the work will be Architect complex systems to achieve high-availability, high throughput for Distributed Computing environments
• Participate and coordinate all phases of the software development cycle (design, implementation, automated testing, documentation and maintenance)
• Interact technically with internal and external teams
• Participate in the preparation of documentation and technical reports, also with the aim of improving the quality and development processes
• Always encouraging collaborative work, from the analysis of requirements, execution, to the final conclusion of the projects
• Work closely with managers to developing people’s skill

Qualifications:

• Experience in software development and design
• Experience in technical and team leadership, mainly in distributed environments (development and architecture)
• Solid experience building successful production software distributed systems
• Solid experience with Web technologies (i.e. JavaScript, CSS and Web services)
• Experience with Databases architecture (SQL and NoSQL )
• Ability to take raw product requirements and develop software architectures and designs to bring them to life
• Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs (Microservices architecture, Serverless)
• Experience developing service-oriented architectures and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software quality
• Strengths in coding, data structures, algorithms, Object Oriented, designing for performance, scalability, availability, plus internet and OS security fundamentals
• Proficient in Cloud/Web Development areas (Backend/DevOps)
• Strong experience with at least one of the Cloud Services Providers (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure)

Graduation:

• Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field in a reputed institution

Languages:

• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, continuous integration
• Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
• Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Solid Experience with AWS is a plus
• Excellent written communication and verbal agility are strong assets
• Graduation and/or Post-graduation degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related areas
